Goa: Renowned media personality and actor Sanjay Sinha was honored with the Best Actor of the Year Award at the Goa International Film Festival, held in Panjim, the capital of Goa.
South Goa MP Captain Virato Fernandes presented the award during the two-day festival, which was organized in partnership with the Universal Film Makers Council, Genesis Ultima (Dubai), and the Indo-Sri Lanka Film and Cultural Forum.
Sanjay Sinha is a media personality, social activist, and a talented actor. He began his acting career in theatre during his student days and later went on to perform in several short and feature films. He remains actively involved in multiple fields even today.
He is also the Chairman of the International Equitable Human Rights Social Council and the International Media Forum. Both organizations are engaged in social service and work for the welfare of journalists.
Speaking to this correspondent, Sinha said that if a person has the passion to achieve something in life, they can accomplish anything. He added that although working in multiple fields can be challenging, effective time management and dedication make the journey easier.
It is noteworthy that Sinha has received several national and international awards in the past. Despite his achievements, he remains humble and grounded. He continues to work at the grassroots level and carries a deep sense of compassion and support for the underprivileged.
Earlier, he was also honored with the Best Actor Award for a Bengali feature film at the Jammu & Kashmir International Film Festival. He expressed his happiness over this recognition and is currently receiving widespread congratulations.
