Born in China Tadepalligudem, in the West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, Dr. Raju Akurathi comes from a humble background. His father, late Srinivasarao, worked as a tailor, while his mother, Punyavathi, is a homemaker. Growing up in modest circumstances, his journey reflects determination, resilience, and a deep commitment to social progress.
He completed his schooling at ZPPH High School, Kadiyadda in 2013 and pursued intermediate education at Sri Pragathi Junior College. He later earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the West Godavari Institute of Science and Technology between 2015 and 2019.
After completing his education, Dr. Akurathi began his career in the recruitment industry, where he gained firsthand experience of the challenges faced by job seekers and employers. This exposure inspired him to create a solution-driven platform that could address unemployment and skill gaps in a structured way.
With a clear vision, he co-founded RD Ideal Bridge Private Limited along with his associate Devi Santosh Kumar Karakavalasa. Headquartered in Visakhapatnam, the organization focuses on employment generation, entrepreneurship development, and creating a bridge between talent and opportunities. Through this initiative, Dr. Akurathi has been actively working to empower youth, support startups, and promote sustainable career growth.
