Fans’ wait is at its peak, remember the last hit

Big superstar of South films, Nandamuri Balakrishna’s film Ananda was released in the year 2021 and this film had a very good collection and was a superhit. According to reports, the film had earned Rs 150 crore against the budget of Rs 60 crore. After the success of this film, the makers decided to bring its second part and made Akhanda 2. Its release was kept with Ranveer Singh’s film Dhurandhar. Meaning that fans were going to see another big clash of the year 2025 at the box office. But sadly this could not happen. Due to legal reasons this film could not be released in theatres.

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s film was earlier to be released on 5 December 2025. But the makers announced the postponement of the film, which caused disappointment among the fans. But there is a good news also hidden behind this disappointment. Actually this film will be released only at the end of the year 2025. According to recent reports, the film can be released in a few days.

What’s the news for Nandamuri fans?

There is a bad news for the fans of South actor Nandamuri Balakrishna. This film was to be released in theaters on December 5. But the film was postponed. Apart from this, an update has also come regarding its release that the film will not be released this week. The legal dispute related to this film has not ended yet. Therefore, it is impossible for the film to be released so soon. But some tentative release dates are also coming out regarding the release of the film.

It is believed that either Akhanda 2 can be released in theaters on 12th December or the film can also be released on 25th December. But till now there has been no official announcement regarding either of these dates. Earlier, the makers had apologized to the fans for not releasing the film on time and also said that the film will be released in theaters soon. Since then, people’s excitement about the film has increased.

What is the matter of Akhanda being postponed?

The film is stuck with the payment of Rs 28 crores and is not able to get permission to release it in theatres. Also, it is believed that once the makers pay this amount, the way for the release of the film will be cleared. Nandamuri Balakrishna is in the lead role in this film. Apart from this, actors like Samyukta, Harshali Malhotra and Aadi Pinishetti have acted in the film. Harshali was earlier seen in the role of Munni in Salman Khan’s film Bajrangi Bhaijaan. The film is directed by Boyapati Srinu.
