Friends Studios launches affordable packages for invisible creators

Friends Media PR Friends Studios, the video production arm of India Inc., has launched special and affordable packages to empower “invisible creators”. This studio is located on the 25th floor of Wave One Building, a premium location in Noida, which is considered to be its biggest USP. Friends Media, which has partnerships with more than 100 national and regional news channels, has started this studio with the aim of further strengthening its multimedia wing.

“There is a content creator in all of us”

Aman Dwivedi, co-founder and journalist at the agency, says: “Today everyone is a content creator — me, you, a startup founder or a normal office goer. Vlogging has now become a lifestyle. We consider video and content creation as an important part of the life of an intelligent Indian. We have kept the pricing very affordable so that thinking people like business leaders, changemakers and policy makers can join us. Our focus is not just on the typical creators chasing virality, we are looking for the ‘invisible creator’ who has a lot to say without filters.”
₹25,000 for 10 slots
According to Prashant Singh, head of the multimedia wing of Friends Media: “We have kept a support amount of ₹25,000 for 10 slots. 10 slots are so that people taking membership can show their commitment. For us, ideas are more important than money. We want intellectuals to come to us, sit, have coffee, think and express themselves.” According to him, doing podcasts, appearing in front of the camera and sharing one’s thoughts helps in personality development. It’s like going to the gym — a way to refresh your mind and thoughts. When you shoot 10 episodes, you will feel the difference yourself. People will start looking at you in a new light.”
“Having a lot of fun”

Anushka Sharma, Business Head, Friends Media, says: “The whole studio initiative has been very exciting. We had no idea that people enjoy vlogging so much. Most people feel fulfilled just by expressing their feelings. There is also an indirect ROI. This whole process strengthens people’s personal and professional profiles. Many are also going viral. But the real ROI is – self-talk. Do it, before the world.”
Limited onboarding to maintain quality

According to Avansha Goyal, AVP, Business Development: “We have decided to onboard only 100 creators to prioritize quality. The bandwidth of our team is limited at the moment. We pay special attention to the little things like lighting, editing, sound and the post-production experience. Our PR wing grew through word of mouth as we provided the best value at the right price. We are the same Models want to follow here too.”
