India bought huge quantities of Russian weapons to fuel the Ukraine war.

Warsaw. Regarding Russian weapons in the Ukraine war, Poland’s Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski has said that India has purchased Russian weapons in huge quantities and Russian weapons are being destroyed in the Ukraine war. After opposing India over Russian oil, the Polish Foreign Minister is now mocking India’s defense purchases. Poland, which has close ties with Pakistan, was admonished by the Indian External Affairs Minister during a bilateral meeting last month. S Jaishankar had criticized Poland for its double game regarding terrorism in Pakistan, but Poland’s love for Pakistan is not showing any signs of diminishing. Now he has made fun of India over Russian weapons in Ukraine war. It is true that Russian weapons have been used in the Ukraine war, but their circumstances are different. Regarding this matter, former Foreign Secretary of India Kanwal Sibal has shown the mirror to the Foreign Minister of Poland. He has said that Sikorsky is a staunch enemy of Russia.
According to media reports, Kanwal Sibal has written in a post on X that Russian military equipment has been of great use to India. He wrote that BrahMos is a tremendous weapon. The S-400 proved to be very effective during Operation Sindoor. Our Defense Minister has publicly expressed interest in purchasing more S-400 air defense systems. The range of Russian missiles, including the Oreshnik, has proven itself in the Ukraine war. If Russian military equipment does not work then why is Europe saying that if Russia is successful in Ukraine then it will be a threat to Europe. Why is there this fear?
Sibal said that the timeline of Poland’s Foreign Minister Sikorski is confused. How did Russian weapons purchased by India during the non-aligned period prove ineffective in Ukraine? Are you still living in the bygone era? Let us tell you that during Operation Sindoor, Russian weapons along with India’s indigenous weapons had demonstrated their capabilities brilliantly. S-400 has set a world record by killing Pakistan’s surveillance AWACS aircraft from a distance of 314 kilometers. At the same time, how can Pakistan forget the attack of BrahMos? BrahMos missiles had carried out precise attacks on 11 airbases of Pakistan.
