He is scheduled to attend an important IOC event today, where he will meet IOC leaders from across Europe. The IOC says Rahul Gandhi has come to address the Indian diaspora and meet various party presidents in Europe. They are going to discuss issues related to NRIs and ways to further spread the ideology of the party.
