Rohit Shetty is one of the popular filmmakers of Bollywood. He has given many hit films in his career, most of his movies are action movies and his films always get tremendous response. Now Rohit recently made fun of himself during the Indian National Cine Academy Awards and said that I have nothing to do with the awards.

Rohit said, there is no relation between me and awards even remotely. I did 17 films and did not get any award, I am called only to host the awards show. Rohit further said, ‘The sad point of the success of any film is that no matter how big a hit it is, the audience is never more than 4 crores. The reason behind this is also the language barrier. Apart from this, we should not be too proud to call ourselves Bollywood, Tollywood or Kollywood, we should be recognized as Hindi cinema, Indian cinema or Telugu cinema.’ Talking about Rohit’s films, his last film Singham Again was released in the year 2024. The film was a superhit and also starred Ajay Devgan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff. Since then, no film of Rohit has been released. However, now he is coming up with Golmaal 5 and it is being said that the shooting will start this year in which Ajay Devgan, Sharman Joshi, Shreyas Talpade, Kunal Khemu, Arshad Warsi and Tusshar Kapoor will also be there. However, there is no update regarding the female actress.
