Russian opposition leader Navalny’s death was not natural, but a political murder

Moscow. The mystery of the death of Russia’s biggest opposition leader Alexei Navalny has again come into discussion. Recently, five European countries, Britain, France, Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands, have claimed regarding this mysterious death that Alexei Navalny’s death was not natural but a political murder. It is being claimed that scientists from these countries have found a rare and deadly poison in Navalni’s samples, which was used by tribals for hunting in ancient times. This type of frog is said to be poisonous. Through this revelation, an attempt has been made to put Russian President Vladimir Putin in the dock.
According to media reports, Britain, France, Germany, Sweden and the Netherlands issued a joint statement on Saturday claiming that Alexei Navalny was given a deadly poison named epibatidine. Epibatidine is extracted from the skin of poison dart frogs found in the rain forests of South America. This poison is so dangerous that if even a small quantity of it is given to a person, he gets paralyzed immediately and may even die.
According to the report, this frog poison is 200 times more powerful than nicotine and causes the body’s respiratory system to fail, making death appear natural. According to scientists, epibatidine attacks the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors of the body. These European governments argue that it is only possible for a government machinery to collect such rare poison, process it in a lab and give it to someone in a safe place like a prison.
Let us tell you that Navalny, who raised his voice against corruption, died in Russia’s most dangerous Arctic prison in February 2024. Russian officials had claimed that when he returned from a walk, his health suddenly deteriorated and thereafter his condition continued to deteriorate, ultimately resulting in his death. However, the Navalni family never accepted this statement of the jail administration. Navalny’s widowed wife Yulia had already claimed that two independent laboratories had confirmed poison in Navalny’s body. He had repeatedly raised questions on Putin on the global stage.
