Nails care: Our nails play the most important role in enhancing the beauty of our hands. Sometimes yellow nails can spoil your look. If your nails are yellow, thin and weak, it can also indicate physical illness. But it is not necessary that this proves to be the cause of any major disease. In fact, sometimes ignoring the nails can also prove to be the reason for their yellowing. You can make yellow nails shine very easily with the help of some ingredients present in the kitchen. If you are also struggling with the problem of yellow nails, then today we will tell you some home remedies which will make your nails beautiful and strong.

Ways to clean nails at home-

Baking Soda: You can use baking soda to make nails white. Its special thing is that it has no side effects.

Nails are cleaned with lemon: Lemon is considered very effective in cleaning the dirt of nails. For this, just squeeze a lemon in a bowl of water. Now soak your fingers in it. Take out the fingers after a few minutes. This will remove the stains from your nails.

Use Vitamin E,

If you want to strengthen your nails then start taking Vitamin E capsules. Along with this, you can also make your nails shiny by using castor and almond oil.

Include zinc and biotin in your diet

The strength and shine of nails can be increased by adding zinc and biotin to your diet. Apart from this, take normal water in a bowl. Squeeze one lemon in it. Now soak your fingers in it. Take out the fingers after three to four minutes. This will not only make your nails shiny but will also remove stains easily.

Yellow nails due to nail paint-

Sometimes excessive use of nail paint can also cause yellow nails. For this, try to avoid regular use of nail polish. Cleaning yellow nails is very easy and instead of going to the salon for manicure, you can keep your nails clean at home with these measures.

Massage nails with cream and glycerine

A mixture of cream and glycerin is also an effective solution to remove yellowness on the nails. To do this, add glycerine and one spoon cream in a bowl. Now mix it well. After this add a few drops of any essential oil to it. Massage the skin in and around them with this prepared home made scrub for 10 to 15 minutes. Now wash your hands with lukewarm water after two to three minutes. This will restore strength and freshness to the nails.

If even after doing all this the color of the nails still remains yellow, then definitely seek medical advice.
