
Riyadh,. In Saudi Arabia, the country’s oldest person Nasser bin Radan Al Rashid Al Wadai has passed away. He died on January 8 in the capital Riyadh. According to media reports, his funeral prayers were offered in Dhahran Al Janub, in which more than 7,000 people participated. After this he was buried in his native village Al Rashid. Al Wadai is said to have 134 children and grandchildren.
Saudi media say Al Wadai was born in 1884. This was the same year when the construction of the Statue of Liberty began in America. At that time Saudi Arabia had not even been unified. According to the family, Al Wadai has seen the times from the country’s founder King Abdul Aziz to the current ruler King Salman. He had also seen many kings, generations and historical changes.
According to the report, there were no less things that made Al Wadai’s life special. The family says that he married for the last time at the age of 110 and later a daughter was born to him. He was also very dedicated in matters of religious faith. It is said that he performed Hajj more than 40 times in his life. However, experts have raised questions regarding his age.

According to him, living every next year after the age of 100 is like tossing a coin, that is, there is a possibility, but very less. He said that reaching 142 years is like tossing a coin 40 times and it lands on the same side every time.
