AI will change the way of working in 4 years, 9.2 crore jobs are in danger of being lost

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is not just a technological change, but it can completely change the way jobs and work is done across the world by the year 2030. The World Economic Forum (WEF) said in the report that 54 percent of business leaders fear the loss of jobs. This report has been released under the name ‘Four Futures for Jobs in the New Economy-2030’.

The survey was conducted among more than 10,000 senior executives from around the world. It was said that 17 crore new jobs are expected to be created globally. Out of this, about 9.2 crore existing jobs are in danger of being destroyed. According to the report, 54 percent of the leaders believe that AI will destroy the existing jobs. Of these, only 24 percent expressed confidence that this would create new jobs. Whereas only 12% believe that this will increase the salary of employees.

Investment will also matter

The report said that what the future will be like does not depend only on how advanced AI is. It depends on how much governments and companies invest in human skills today. At the same time, how quickly people are prepared according to new technology.
