Sensex and Nifty opened in the red today; Rupee also weakened against dollar

The sensitive indices of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) – Sensex and Nifty of National Stock Exchange (NSE) opened in the red today. The Sensex fell by more than 370 points in early trade on Wednesday, while the Nifty fell by more than 50 points. The rupee also declined by 22 paise against the US dollar. A day earlier, the market was excited by the enthusiasm of investors. Earlier on Tuesday, there was an atmosphere of enthusiasm throughout the day’s trading due to the announcement of the trade deal with America. The Sensex opened with a rise of more than 3600 points, while the Nifty also registered a gain of more than 1200 points. Even after the close of trading, a bumper jump was seen in Sensex-Nifty. After the entire day’s trading, the Indian Rupee had gained Rs 1.16 against the US Dollar yesterday.
