Are you drinking the water bottle kept in the car? Wait! It can also be ‘poison’, know the warning of doctors

Water Bottle Left In Car Safety: Whenever we go somewhere far away by car or bus, we always keep a water bottle with us, so that we can drink water whenever we feel thirsty. Many times people leave the water bottle in the car and it remains there for many days. Then when they feel thirsty, they drink the same water without thinking. But do you know how harmful this water can be for your body? Let us know what doctors warn about this.

How safe is bottled water kept in the car?
Dr. Manan has shared a video on his official Instagram handle and said that a water bottle kept in the car for many days can be very dangerous for your health. When a car stands in the sun for a long time, the temperature inside the car increases due to the sun’s rays.

At the same time, due to heat, the plastic bottle slowly starts decomposing. In such a situation, harmful chemicals from plastic dissolve in water, which can affect the hormonal system of the body and cause many serious diseases.

Is it right to drink half the remaining water or not?
Further, Dr. Manan explains that often people leave the bottle after drinking half the water and think that it will be useful later. But this habit of people can cause great harm to their health. When the car stands in the sun for a long time, the water not only becomes stale but its quality also deteriorates. Drinking this water can increase risks like headache, stomach upset and hormonal imbalance in the long run. Apart from this, there is also a risk of many other diseases in the body.

Is mineral water safe?
According to doctors, people often remain under the illusion that mineral water bottles are completely safe. But the reality is that no matter what brand the bottle is, it is made of plastic only. When the temperature inside the car rises and the bottle heats up, microscopic harmful particles of plastic can dissolve in the water. Therefore, drinking water from these bottles kept in the car for a long time is not safe for health.

What to do and what not to do?
Never drink old water kept in the car.
Always make a habit of drinking fresh water.
Keep a new plastic bottle of fresh water with you while leaving the house.
