Now Canada will no longer be a safe haven for Khalistanis, every move will be monitored

Ottawa. Canada has been a safe haven for Khalistani extremists for a long time, now a ‘No Entry’ board is going to be installed there for these anti-India people. National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval along with Canadian NSA Nathalie Drouin conducted such ‘surgical strike’ diplomacy for two days that now Khalistanis will not have any way to escape. Now Canadian soil will no longer be a safe haven for the Khalistani network. The Canadian government will now view Khalistani activities as organized crime instead of free speech. Not only this, if Khalistanis do anything against India there, the Canadian government will inform India about it.
In media reports, top government sources said that this conversation between Doval and Drouin has reset India-Canada relations. Canada clearly said that it will not support in any way violent groups like networks with Khalistani links. Real-time intelligence information on drug trafficking, cyber threats and terrorism will be shared. Most importantly, groups with Khalistani links will be in focus. According to sources, this discussion reflects a change in Ottawa’s stance on anti-India activities. Until now, Canada has denied the existence of such groups.
Ajit Doval has broken the back of the biggest financial source of Khalistanis in this meeting. He told how these groups are earning crores of rupees from smuggling of drugs, especially fentanyl, and are using that drug money to spew venom against India. Doval told Canada how these groups intimidate and extort non-resident Indians living there. Terrorists take advantage of loopholes in immigration rules to enter Canada. Now a strong plan for data sharing is ready to close this loophole.
Till now the issue of Khalistan between India and Canada was considered only a diplomatic dispute, but now Canada has accepted it as an issue of its public safety. Doval met Canada’s Public Safety Minister Gary Anandsangari and ensured that Ottawa stops pampering anti-India elements. This visit of Doval was actually to prepare a big ground. Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney is coming to India in the first week of March. In this visit of Carney, agreements worth billions of dollars are going to be signed with India in sectors like uranium, energy, critical minerals and AI. Doval has explained to Canada that trade and terrorism cannot go together. If Canada wants India’s support, it will have to pack up the Khalistanis.
