Mukesh Chhabra shared a tweet on X. He writes – “Just watched Ikkis 1, a film made completely from the heart. A gentle, honest story that stays with you even after the film is over. Dharmendra sir… what grace, what depth. If this is your last film, then it is truly heartbreaking. You have given us something very emotional and important. You will be missed, sir. And hats off to Jaideep Ahlawat. I really did not expect this, and I am happy to be surprised.” Agastya Nanda’s lovely chemistry really shines. And above all, a heart touching film.

On what is the film ‘Ikkis’ based?

Actually, the film in which Agastya is playing the lead role, i.e. ‘Ikkis’ is based on the story of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetrapal. Who was one of the youngest officers of India, who received Param Vir Chakra at the age of 21. Now the film stars Agastya Nanda, whose father’s character will be played by Dharmendra.
