Tehran. More than 160 girl students were killed in the joint attack by Israel and America, whose funeral prayers were offered in Iran on Tuesday. Pictures of coffins kept in line have gone viral on social media, seeing which many people’s eyes became moist and some said, this is the most painful scene of the war.
Iran’s Supreme Leader Khamenei was also killed in the sudden attack by Israel and America, after which Iran is continuously engaged in giving a befitting reply. The darkest aspect of the war that has been going on for the last four days has now become visible to everyone. In fact, more than 160 schoolgirls died in a joint attack by America and Israel on a school in Minab, Iran. On Tuesday, March 03, funeral prayers were offered for these girls in Minab city and the last rites were performed. Seeing the coffins of these girls kept together in a line in Iran, the whole country was immersed in mourning. Thousands of people gathered for the last farewell of the girls. A large number of people were present in the main grounds of the city and in the nearby mosques.
Let us tell you here that on February 28, an air attack was carried out on a school in Minab, Hormozgan, southern province of Iran. About 165 girls studying in school were killed in this attack. The funeral procession of these girl students came out together and they were bid farewell with tearful eyes. A large part of the building was damaged in the attack targeting the school premises. After the attack, the rescue team was busy clearing the debris for hours. After the relief and rescue operations were completed, the number of dead girls was said to be 165. The regrettable and heartbreaking thing is that most of the girls who died in this attack were primary school students.
Protested by closing the market and tying black bands
Markets remained completely closed in Minab city on the day of the girls’ funeral. Along with expressing grief, citizens also registered their protest by tying black bands. During this period, special prayers were offered in many mosques, while peace marches were also taken out at many places.
School closed due to security reasons
Media reports quoting government sources said that the school campus which was hit by the attack has been temporarily closed. Apart from this, security arrangements were tightened in other educational institutions. This joint attack by Israel and America has shocked not only Iran but many peace-loving countries of the world.
