Hafiz seen praying on terrorist factory, preparing a new camp of Lashkar in Multan

islamabad. Some recent pictures from Multan, Pakistan have once again exposed Islamabad’s claims on the international stage. In these pictures, Hafiz Saeed, the founder of the banned terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba and mastermind of the Mumbai attacks, is seen publicly starting the construction work of a new building. This building is being said to be the new base of Lashkar, Hafiz Saeed was not only present there during the digging of its foundation, but was also clearly seen praying for the success of the construction work and participating in the formalities.
Hafiz Saeed moving around openly and being involved in the expansion of terrorist infrastructure puts a big question mark on the claims in which Pakistan has often been talking about him being in jail or taking strict action against him. Hafiz Saeed tops India’s most wanted list and is the main conspirator of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks as well as the Pulwama attack. The National Investigation Agency has named him as the main accused in several cases of terror funding and conduct of terrorist activities in Kashmir. Not only India, but America and the United Nations have also declared him a global terrorist. Under the Rewards for Justice program of the US government, a reward of US $ 10 billion has been announced on Hafiz Saeed. He is the head of Jamaat-ud-Dawa and Lashkar-e-Taiba, which are considered the biggest threats to the security of South Asia. The irony is that on one hand Pakistan appeals to the international community for loans and financial help, while on the other hand the terrorists who have been preparing an army of suicide bombers on its soil are being given free rein to create new bases under government protection.
These pictures from Multan are a warning to the whole world that the terror factory in Pakistan is still continuing unabated. Strategic experts believe that the public presence of such hardened terrorists and their participation in construction works shows that Pakistan’s policy is of selective zero tolerance, where it nurtures terrorists as per its convenience. Now it will be important to see what stand the international community and especially America, which talks about zero tolerance against terrorism, takes on this open provocative action of Pakistan.
