In view of Hezbollah’s strong attack, Israel used iron beam

Tel Aviv. America and Israel together have launched several attacks on Iran one after the other. Iran is also continuously firing missiles at America’s partner countries. Hezbollah has also been enraged by the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader Khamenei in this war. Hezbollah launched a major attack on Israel late on Sunday night, but the Israeli Army’s defense system completely foiled these attacks.
According to media reports, the Israeli Army stopped some missiles coming from across the border with an iron beam. Hezbollah has taken responsibility for this attack on Israel. Hezbollah says that it has carried out this attack on Israel to avenge the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader Khamenei, but the Israeli army claims that they have not suffered any loss in this attack. A video released by the Israeli War Room demonstrated the power of the Iron Beam, described as Tel Aviv’s new-age defense system.
Israeli army footage showed that Hezbollah’s missiles were stopped in the air. Giving information, the Army said that iron beam has been used for the first time. According to Israel’s Defense Ministry, Iron Beam has been developed along with Iron Dome. Iron Beam is designed to neutralize a wide variety of air threats, including missiles, drones, rockets and mortars.
Israeli officials say the technology could usher in a new era of war as the country faces growing threats from Iran and Lebanon’s Hezbollah. Israel has been working on iron beams for more than a decade. This defense system was first shown in 2014 and was declared operational in September 2025 after completion of development and final testing. Unlike conventional interceptor missiles, Iron Beam is a laser-based system that relies on a continuous energy source. As long as there is power in it, there is no danger of running out of ammunition in the system. Israeli officials have described this technology as a game-changer in defense against projectile attacks.
